Bardsley Bumblebee Nest Removal
There are many different types of Bumble Bees, and they can be found in many other parts of the world. We all know that they are good for pollination, but what about your family’s health? These flying creatures can sting you, and worse, they can do it multiple times without dying. If you are one of those people who suffer an allergic reaction to stings, you could go into something called anaphylactic shock, which can cause death.
If you suspect a nest on your property, below is a list of a few places they like to nest, not excluding anything or anywhere around the home –
-lofts
-crawl spaces
-deckings
-fascia boards
-garages
-sheds and their contents within
Bumblebees can regulate their hive temperature to keep their larvae warm by producing heat; bumblebees can alter the temperature of their nests in response to the weather. The bees produce more heat to keep their nest warm as the weather gets colder.
Bumblebees can fly at lower temperatures than other bee species. This makes them highly resistant to cold climates while retaining the ability to attack prey.
How do bees eat flowers?
Bumblebees have a unique way of eating pollen before it travels back to the hive. The bee uses its proboscis, or tongue, and wraps it around the pollen. The snout absorbs the pollen and stores it, allowing the bee to transport the food back to the hive. This is an exception to how most bees gather nectar as they travel from flower to flower, eating pollen along their journey.
To keep a Bumblebee hive from growing too large, the Queen Bumblebee will kill the drones to keep them from mating with other bees. She catches male BumbleBees. She does this by either catching them before they mate or after they die during mating.
Bees are considered insects. They have six legs and two antennae, which they use for sensing smell and touch. Queen Bumblebees can live for up to five years, while the male drones only live for ten weeks. The workers are all female, and they tend to live much shorter lives, with much less time in adulthood. They function like nurses, caring for the young bees in the hive. Worker Bumblebees typically live for two or three months.
Queen Bumblebees are the only ones who can lay eggs in a hive. They are typically larger than the other bees in the hive, and they have a wider abdomen. You can also tell a queen bee by her colour; she will be a darker yellow or black than the other bees in the hive. So if you see a bee that is larger than the others and darker in colour, it is likely a queen bee.
Bumblebees can become aggressive if their hive is disturbed. Suppose you have a BumbleBee hive on your property. Thus, it is necessary to hire a Bardsley Bumblebee hive removal specialist to remove it. These pests can be dangerous, leading to stings and allergic reactions.
We offer efficient, affordable Bardsley bumblebee hive removal services. You can rest assured knowing that our process is safe for you and your family!

How Weather Affects Bumblebees In Bardsley
Bumblebee nests are highly affected by weather conditions. Warm, dry spells boost activity and colony growth, often leading to larger nests near gardens or properties. In contrast, colder or wetter periods slow them down, but once conditions improve, bumblebees quickly become more active and noticeable around homes.
