Absolutely amazing service from Scott last week. Didn't know who to go to - googled 'Pest Control Stockport' and Youngs... were the first that came up. I called on Friday PM and they were with me by Monday to get rid of masonary bees building a nest in my eaves. We were very irritated from rat infestation in our home, we were unable to find where these rats are hiding and... increasing their no. day by day. Even after setting traps we see many rats roaming in our house. Ricky solved our problem, he even found the hiding places and from where rats were entering in the house. He is real quick and also gave us some tips for prevention of other common pests. Highly recommend!!!!read more

Bit rude service and lacking essential customer service skills. All the preson did was placed 5 baits in the house.... Problems still exist and did not see any impact of the treatment done. Did not looked into cause of the problem. Lack of professionalism. As a consumer, you are better off ordering a few baits and placing it yourself rather than paying them 165 bill to do the job for you.read more

Brilliant service and job done, lad turned up at house on time was really polite and explained what he was going to do... to get rid of the wasps. Did his job and said if they come back within 7 days he would come back and do it again free of charge. 2 days later no sign of wasps, highly reccommend this company would definitely use again if needed.read more

Interesting character....Said he'd call between 9 and 5 when he was 10 minutes away, then called at 8 and left a... message saying "I'd missed him." I called him back to rearrange at half eleven and he told me "I was definitely on his list." At 6.30 he'd still not showed up, so I call him and he informs me that he'd told me he wasn't coming. When I questioned whether he had a problem with the perception of the passage of time, he became very irate.read more

EXTREMELY POOR experience. Booked on Monday to be given a slot on the following Friday. Took a day off work as they... couldn’t give any idea of time during the day. On the Friday I’m called by a chap estimating 15 mins away then a call to say he was somewhere on my road, couldn’t find me so was giving up even when I said I’m opposite a very well known and signposted pub. Not happy and will leave poor feedback where ever I can post a review. I’ve lost a days pay because a chap couldn’t be bothered to tell me where he was so I could find him on a map.read more

The guy I spoke to on the phone wanted to charge me 2,000 for removal of a ? Bee swarm. Seriously! Got this sorted for... free! Would I recommend this company? Definitely not.Nothing to do with a Chimney stack! I don’t have one.... They were swarming around the front of my house. Yes, free of charge as the swarm settled and were taken to a Bee keeper. We had a really bad problem with Mice and have had several Pest Controlers out who couldnt solve the problem. Wrong attitude to work and how you talk to a client. after pulling out of the job on the day he wanted to rearrange the... the job to suit him self. due to not knowing him I wasn’t prepared to hand over money and not be there he then became hostile with my Mrs and started to shout absolutely discusting and plz plz stop calling we have gone with a professional pest control company now thanks ..... won’t allow me to post half a star pityread more

I am so pleased with their exterminator. My son has a special condition that doesn't allow him to leave the house. I... explained it to the exterminator and he was very understanding and willing to work with that. He went out of his way to make it comfortable for us. My pest control problem was solved and I am very glad to recommend Youngs to all of my friends!read more
